The book that we are covering is “LeaderSHIFT” by John C. Maxwell. This book is one of John many best-selling books and has been written for a turbulent time such as we find ourselves in. We only have 6 weeks together, so obviously, we won’t be able to cover all 11 SHIFTS…

But we will cover 6 - one a week for the six weeks that we are together.

During this programme, we will discuss vitally important leaderSHIFTs including:

  • How to continually LEARN, UNLEARN and RELEARN touchstone leadership principles

  • How to go from PLEASING PEOPLE to CHALLENGING PEOPLE to become a better leader and mentor

  • How to change your focus from MAINTAINING to CREATING, unlocking the mental blocks keeping you from reaching your full potential

  • How to move from being GOAL-ORIENTED to GROWTH-ORIENTED while dropping bad habits, changing wrong priorities, and embracing new ways of thinking

  • Bring yourself and an open mind to every session. Please remember that we want to start each session promptly, so please aim to be there a few minutes early. This way you can respect everyone’s time and not interrupt the session by arriving late.

  • We recommend that you read the allocated chapter in the book prior to attend each session. This way you will get the most out of it and it will empower you to grow your leadership.

  • We will get you a copy of the book, which we plan to get to you at least 3 business days before the start of the 1st session. We will also provide you with a participant mastermind guide and hot beverages.
